Hands-on BBQ training

Small classes: each class takes 20 students at most, and runs with at least 15. The All-In BBQ Camp takes a seat in both classes.

Ribs Class

Ribs preparation, trimming, seasoning, smoking and finishing. Saturday, Nov 21 · 8 AM–3 PM.

Brisket Class

Brisket trimming, seasoning, fire management, smoking, resting and slicing. Starts Saturday, Nov 21 · 6 PM; finishing and tasting on Sunday.

All-In BBQ Camp

Both hands-on training sessions, RC crawling, gym access and an overnight camping option. Save ₱2,000 compared with taking both classes.

Refunds

If the event is cancelled because of a fortuitous event, such as a typhoon, you will be refunded.
If the minimum of 15 students is not reached and the class does not push through, you will be refunded.
